Točník is a castle ruin near Žebrák, founded by King Václav IV at the end of the 14th century. The castle underwent modifications in both Gothic and Renaissance styles, gradually fell into disrepair, and was abandoned after the Thirty Years' War. Today, it features two palaces, one of which concealed the second-largest castle hall in Bohemia. The royal palace is unique with its many exits. The castle is open to the public, and brown bears Martin and Agáta live in the moat. Traditional events such as Ve znamení kalicha are held here.
