Pohanské kameny is a hill on the Czech-Polish border near Višňová, known for the mystical rock formation Heidenstein. These granite rocks, once suspected to be a site of worship, show evidence of human settlement dating back to the Neolithic period and are surrounded by legends. Originally an observation point, the hill is now partially reforested, but still offers panoramic views. Archaeoastronomical research indicates that the rock gate was used for solar observations during the summer and winter solstices.Wikipedia
