Stachy is a municipality in the Bohemian Forest, Czech Republic, approximately 18km southeast of Sušice. The region has a long tradition of glassmaking, which began in the 14th century and supplied four glassworks until the 18th century. Today, Stachy consists of several districts and, in addition to its historical charm, offers winter sports opportunities in Zadov. A special feature is the partnership with Ruderting in Bavaria.
