Boušín is the oldest part of the Slatina nad Úpou municipality, located on the Podkarkonosze Plateau. It features a historic church dedicated to the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a parish building, a granary, and several rural houses. A visit to the chapel with the “miraculous” spring in the nearby forest is also recommended. The settlement has a rich history dating back to the 12th century, and its name comes from its founder, Bogusz Brodaty.
