Kronplatz, at 2275 m, is a local mountain of Bruneck in South Tyrol and a popular year-round destination. In winter, the well-known ski resort attracts visitors as part of Dolomiti Superski, while hiking trails, mountain bike trails, museums (MMM Corones, Lumen) and a children’s adventure park invite activities in summer. The mountain’s name derives from the Ladin “Plan de Corones” and is linked in local legend to the coronation of Princess Dolasilla. In addition to its tourist importance, Kronplatz also houses a transmitter and, with its modern lift systems and groomed slopes, offers a diverse range of options for winter sports enthusiasts.Wikipedia
