Nebelstein is one of the highest peaks in the Freiwald mountains in Austria, close to the Czech border. It offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the Třeboňská pánev basin and Kleť, from a viewpoint accessible by stairs. The Černá river originates on its slopes, and the Nordwaldkammweg hiking trail runs through the area. You’ll find a cross and an ÖAV mountain hut at the summit. Wikipedia
