Zámrsky is a small village in the Přerov district with a rich history dating back to 1141. The village name likely originates from an old designation for a place with dry trees. Legend says that Zámrsky was originally settled against the will of the inhabitants, who avoided the area due to its uneven terrain. The village has its own coat of arms and flag, granted in 2002.
